So it all
started with my daily stalking in twitter and my friends (Sreemeera and Sheeba)
had tagged me on a post which said “SHINee in KCON Paris”. Honestly, I didn’t
care much coz going to Paris from UK is not easy for someone who requires visa.
But more than that it was a little creepy to travel alone, though I travelled
all by myself to Infinite’s concert in London. I have a friend who is a BTS
Trash and I saw another post in twitter which said BTS will also be joining the
line-up. OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG
I SCREAMED THE
ABOVE LINE LOUD coz I knew now there’s a possibility. I remember spamming her
WhatsApp talking about KCON and then she went CRAZY like me as well. We didn’t
know what to do where to start. We like quite far away so it took a week for me
to meet her and then we were fangirling like crazy. Now coming to the important
part before the concert. THE TICKET SALE.
There were 5
categories but we both convinced our self to go for the highest price one, in
order to be close to the stage and we didn’t want to take the standing one.
D-DAY for ticket sale and we both had separate laptops, woke up 2 hours earlier
and was refreshing the ticket selling websites (there were 3). The time was 10
AM for ticket sale, and the moment it was 10:00 the sitting tickets next to the
stage was ALL GONE. We both were shivering, didn’t know what to do!!! COME ON
WE WERE SO CLOSE TO MEETING OPPA’S! The only one was left the seating tickets
which were far away and the standing tickets close to the stage, so we didn’t
have any other option than to go for STANDING!
BEFORE
DDDDD-DAY-
We finished our
trip to Eiffel tower and Musee de Louvre and then we planned to go to the arena
around 3 AM for the concert which was at 8 PM! Because most of them were saying
that they were planning to go to around the same time to get a good spot near
the stage. So after our trip to the Eiffel the day before the concert, we
wanted to go to the arena to just have a look and HOLYYYYYYYYY ME, THERE WERE
LOADS OF PEOPLE THERE ALREADY QUEUING FOR THE CONCERT (STANDING) WITH TENTS! Me
and my friend didn’t know what to do and we were puzzled, WE WERE NOT READY FOR
IT! We didn’t have charge both on our cameras and on our bodies and also I HAD
TO PEEE! It was around 11:30 PM and a girl in charge of maintaining the queue
came over to us and wrote a waiting number on our hands, IT WAS 289!!!!!! WHAT
THE ****? They were actually 280 people before me and I wanted a good spot
*cries a river* and then the line started to build slowly that around 7 AM in
the morning they were literally 5k people( may be more)! Now I was happy to be
NUMBER 289! Thankfully we didn’t had to wait on a stretch, we were given breaks
to go to toilets, eat, charge our mobiles. BUT DAMN, IT WAS SOOOOOO FREAKING
COLD AND ON TOP OF IT , IT WAS RAINING. The floors were all messed up we
couldn’t sit! We were literally hugging each other to stay warm and was also
wrapping ourselfves with ALUMINIUM FOIL.
3 HOURS before the concert every fandom started to giveout free banners,
fans and some people were also selling concert lightsticks.
2 HOURS BEFORE
THE CONCERT- they started letting us in and we had to run in full speed to get
a good spot and afterall the waiting and suffering in the cold weather. We
managed to get a spot just close to the stage (Thanks to a shawol who actually
gave us space though we were a bit late) , LIKE LITERALLY CLOSE, THERE WAS
NOTHING SEPARATING ME AND OPPAS EXCEPT FOR THE STAGE.
They started
playing MV’s . The first MV they played was BlockB’s toy, moved on to SHINee’s

played BTS Fire , FX 4Walls and again ADAGDJKGFJAFBAKJSND IT WAS SHINee’s
DreamGirl! Again screamed and yelled on top of my voice as though they were
performing. The best part was all the fans were singing fanchants even for the
MV!

artists CAME UP SLOWLY TO SING ARIRANG medley, SUCHAAAA BEAUTIFUL SIGHT!
The first idols
were
BTSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
They were dressed in black and white suits and were performing slowly all
artists came up singing, it was BlockB, I.O.I, FX, FTIsland and last but not
the least it was MY BABIES , IT WAS
SHINeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
I screamed so much, like you don’t know how much emphasis I put on that ‘so

The next on
stage on was I.O.I. Alright, I have to admit I have never heard them before nor
do I know the members. It was my first time listening to them and it was live
as well. They were all so cute and charming and though they are rookies, there
live was really good and in order to save up my battery life I took just short
video clips which I haven’t uploaded yet.
After them was a
short MENT, where the hosts were JINGOO (YES, IT WAS THE WOLF FROM DOTS ) and
the lead actress from ROOFTOP PRINCE. They introduced the next ARTISTS who was
gonna perform. WHO DO YOU THINK IT WAS?

the last two links. Also BTS danced to SHINee’s Lucifer.
OVERALL
AS WE ALL KNOW SHINee slayed it like they literally slayed me, my life and I
still can’t believe that I saw them and I don’t want to either.
And
I’m happy that I didn’t have any post concert depression so far. I don’t know
why? MAYBE BECAUSE I MIGHT SEE THEM SOONER???///
